Panattoni Park Northampton is already a very successful scheme in one of the UK’s most important logistics locations, with three buildings pre-let to Eddie Stobart before a single steel came out of the ground.
We are now building three speculative warehouses at Northampton, one of 250,000 sq ft one of 430,000 sq ft and one of 380,000 sq ft. All will achieve BREEAM excellent; all will have 15m clear internal height.
Northampton sits in the ‘Logistics Golden Triangle’, an area that extends between Northampton, Birmingham and Leicester and is widely considered to be the most strategically important for logistics operations in the UK. The scheme is only 20 miles from the junction of the M1 with the M6 and A14. The country’s main north/south, and key east/west arterial routes, run through Northamptonshire, which is why its home to so many NDCs and RDCs. This, in turn, means the available labour force is one of the most suitably skilled anywhere in the UK.
