Panattoni hosted its annual Gala and Awards evening of Thursday 23rd October in Warsaw, Poland to celebrate the achievements, partnerships, and people who continue to drive the company’s growth and success across the UK, Europe, Asia and Saudi. The event, attended by more than 3,000 guests, provided an opportunity to recognise the exceptional contribution of Panattoni’s stakeholders, investors, and partners.

The evening was opened by Robert Dobrzyski, CEO and co-owner of Panattoni Europe, UK, Middle East and India, he welcomed Carl Panattoni, Founder of Panattoni to the stage, who both reflected on two decades of growth, innovation, and the company’s position as the world’s largest privately owned industrial real estate developer. Their remarks highlighted Panattoni’s continued focus on sustainable development, brownfield regeneration, and long-term partnerships that underpin its expansion across the globe.
The UK awards were presented by Matthew Byrom, Managing Director for Panattoni UK, who led the recognition of outstanding achievements within the UK market. The first award of the night, Broker of the Year 2025, was presented to CBRE, following a highly competitive shortlist that also included Colliers and Lambert Smith Hampton.
CBRE was recognised for its exceptional performance in identifying and securing new development opportunities, introducing five major site acquisitions for Panattoni in 2025. These transactions represent over 2 million sq ft of new speculative pipeline and a combined €682 million gross development value, significantly advancing Panattoni’s record year of expansion.

Accepting the award on behalf of CBRE, Jack Farmer said:
“It is a privilege to work with Panattoni and to have such a long-standing and trusted partnership. The scale of what we have achieved together reflects shared ambition and collaboration across the market.”
Oliver Bertram, Head of National Development at Panattoni, added:
“In the UK, this year we have acquired 11 new sites, five of which were introduced by CBRE. We greatly value our long-term relationships with our agency partners, who are instrumental in supporting the continued growth of our speculative pipeline. This has been a strong year for us in the UK, with 250 acres of land closed on and 5 million sq ft added to our development programme.”
The second UK award of the evening, Lender of the Year, was presented to J.P. Morgan in recognition of its £625 million revolving credit facility supporting Panattoni’s ongoing acquisition and development activity. The facility provides Panattoni with flexible capacity to continue delivering high-quality, sustainable logistics parks across the UK.

Accepting the award on behalf of J.P. Morgan, Leah Grant, Vice President said:
“We are proud to partner with Panattoni in financing the next generation of logistics developments. This facility reflects our shared commitment to supporting long-term investment in the UK’s industrial real estate sector.”
Oliver Choppin, Finance Director at Panattoni, added:
