Panattoni has two Industrial units for rent or sale near Ilkeston

Both available industrial units are at Panattoni Park J28 Central M1, at J28/M1, a mere 19-minute drive from Ilkeston.

The smaller of the two industrial units has a GIA of 231,191 sq ft, the larger, 345,284 sq ft. These RDC sized warehouses are located to serve the growing markets of the East Midlands, but their reach also extends to South Yorkshire. There is nothing of comparable quality nearer Ilkeston.
