Panattoni Park Slough offers industrial buildings from 40,000 sq ft up to 220,000 sq ft in the preeminent location for logistics occupiers west of London.
Outline planning consent has been granted for a flexible development platform of circa five buildings totalling 422,890 sq ft. It is the biggest development in the area for many years and will address a historic shortage of supply.
1.5 million people live within a 30 minute commute of Panattoni Park Slough and 79% of the UK’s population can be reached in a 4.5 hour HGV drive. The scheme is 3.5 miles from the M4 and less than 5 miles from the M4 junction with the M25.
Panattoni Park Slough will occupy part of what was formerly the Akzo Nobel Paint Manufacturing Plant. The whole redevelopment will include a significant residential scheme alongside the industrial units. Site Remediation is underway.
